Refund policy

Short version. If 50 emails go out and zero recruiters reply with interest, email us within 30 days and we refund the full $14, no questions asked.
The deal
Hiroo is a $14 one-time service. We draft and send 50 personalized cold emails to hiring managers from your own Gmail account. We expect 2 to 5 positive replies on average. If the dice come up zero, we do not keep your money.
How to qualify
Three conditions:
- You completed intake. Resume, target roles, and Gmail connection on file. We cannot run the campaign without these.
- 50 emails actually sent. Not 5, not 30. The full batch went out and at least 14 days have passed since the last send (so recruiters have had time to reply).
- Zero positive replies. "Positive" means any recruiter or hiring manager replied expressing interest, asking for a call, or moving you forward. Auto-replies, "we'll keep you in mind" rejections, and out-of-office messages do not count against you.
How to request a refund
Email k.akbarme@gmail.com from your registered address with your order ID (find it in your dashboard at /app/<your-id>). We process the refund within 7 business days back to the original Stripe payment method. Stripe usually takes 5 to 10 days to land in your bank.
What is not refundable
- Replies you got but did not act on. If a recruiter said "let's set up a call" and you ghosted them, that counts as a positive reply.
- Custom requests we already fulfilled. If you asked us to research extra companies beyond the 50 and we did the work, that work is non-refundable.
- Refunds requested after 30 days. 30-day window starts the day the 50th email is sent.
- Orders terminated for terms violations. If we suspended your order for spam, harassment, or misrepresentation, refunds are at our discretion.
Partial refunds
If we cannot deliver the full 50 (rare, but possible if your target list is too narrow or your Gmail connection breaks mid-campaign), we issue a prorated refund based on the number of emails actually sent. Example: 40 of 50 sent means a 20% refund.
Chargebacks
Please email us before disputing the charge with your bank. Stripe chargebacks cost us $15 plus the disputed amount, even when we win. We would much rather refund you directly. We will always honor a legitimate refund request within the policy above.
